NCSA Democratic Socialist Party Debate

The TV screen turned to face a woman standing in front of a
desk, holding a sheet of paper in her hands. This was the news
anchor for DEN, and she was here not for news, but for a debate.
The clock ran down, and a man held up three fingers, then a
fist. It was go time. Now she was on the air.
"Hello, and welcome to the first NCSA Democratic Socialist Party
Debate. For the first time in history, Political Party leader
Albert Dawning has called together both a debate, and a vote, on
who is to be the next presidential candidate for the Democratic
party. Currently, there are two members of the party vying for
nomination: current Secretary of State and former president
Albert Dawning from DEN, and the newly nominated Jessica Warren
of the United Kingdom of Norge-Sverige. For political reasons,
the debate will be moderated by Anthony Marshal. Mr. Marshal?"

Hello the rules of the debate will be that each candidate will
have one post to answer each question and three posts of
rebuttals to each of the question, in this debate we will cover
topics, ranging from the civil war, to the economy, and the
parties goals and what they would accomplish as president.
Each candidate take a moment to introduce themselves first up
Former President Albert Dawning.

The crowd cheered as Albert Dawning got up and started walking
to the stage, wearing his military uniform. He waved his hand to
the crowd, and then settled down at the podium, smiling. "Hello,
NCSA. Thank you, Mr. Marshal. My name is Albert Dawning. I was
the first president of the NCSA, I was and am the SOD, and I am
a supreme court justice. I am about 35 years old, I've served
for about ten, and I am very fond of Pink Floyd."

Jessica Warren Came up on stage to a moderate set of cheering,
she is a nobody on the national stage, while she is popular in
her home state and in Gervench, she is a 40 year old women. She
started to speak, "I am the former Prime Minister in
Norge-Sverige; while I was Prime Minister we instituted a number
of reforms, we fixed the banking system, made elections publicly
financed, we banned private prisons, changed the training of our
cops to better handle people with mental illness, and we made
sure that every member of our society could go to college for
free and even people from other states can come to our state for
college for no cost to them."

Thank you both, now that we have met our two candidates lets get
on to the debate our first question is about what do you plan to
do as president? A coin toss decided who goes first on this
question and it will be Former President Albert Dawning, which
means Former Prime Minister of Norge-Sverige will go first on
our next question.

"What do I plan to do? Well, I'm going to clamp down on the sale
of WMDs. I'm going to finish this military, and I'm going to
standardize inter-regional travel. What else is there to do?" He
asked, and smiled, taking a sip of water. "But I'm going to
uphold this constitution. And I'm going to make this region a
more peaceful, more prosperous place. And a much safer place as
well. A higher standard of living. For everyone."

"Well I plan on working with each state to expand the rights of
everyday poor and middle class people, as a blanket solution
from the government will not work for every state as each state
is different, I plan on having the NCSA government pay for
Public Colleges for everyone so that anyone that seeks a
university education has the ability to get one. I will seek
peaceful solutions to the NCSA conflicts and will not try to
militarily solve anything as violence leads to more violence. I
will rebuild this nation into a more interconnected one where
trade and travel between states is encouraged, and this place
under my leadership will not make people who disagree with the
federal government feel suppressed by threats of invasions."
