IC Case: NCSA vs. Columbia Confederates
By: Sparta Date: August 22, 2015, 12:48 pm
---------------------------------------------------------
"My Honors, I ask that you ban any and all Columbian
Presidential Candidates from the Presidential ballot on the
premise of the Constitution clearly stating that the candidate
must be a citizen of the NCSA. The nation of Columbia
Confederates' people are not citizens of the NCSA thus this
case." Attorney General Espo says.
Evidence: Constitution
All citizens of the NeoConfederate States shall be eligible to
vote for the office of president. Elections shall be by popular
vote and shall be held on the following days: January 1st, March
1st, May 1st, July 1st, September 1st, and November 1st. No
person except a citizen of the NeoConfederate States shall be
eligible to the office of president.

"I would like to point out that in order to consider Columbia
not a member of the NCSA would be to recognize the UCA, yet the
current government does not recongize the UCA, thereby giving
Mr. McCartney the right to run."

I vote not to hear this case. This is clearly over the top and
heavy handed. Furthermore, it should be advised that judges, not
prosecutors, determine punishment. As it stands, until he
rejoins, we cannot punish him for anything.

No, until you fully recognize the UCA there is no way you can
say we cannot run unless you are to restrict a state's rights
once again.
