       With the close approach to Earth of comet C/2014 Q2 (Lovejoy)
       the Confederate State of Missouri would like to enlist
       interstate assistance in launching a mission to it.

       OK then how about creating something like the the European Space
       Agency between us. I have McDonnell Douglas, the manufacturer of
       the Delta Rocket family. Confederate Texas has Houston, nough
       said there. Gold Coast has Vandenburg AFB. Jalin has Cape
       Canaveral. Scientificum and DEN have scientific expertise.
       Between us we have everything we need for a space program. We
       just need to get together and set a goal.

       I WAS going to reply with something. I had a few ideas on how
       DEN could help. Unfortunately, we should've put together an
       agency BEFORE the war. :P
       For one thing, DEN would be happy as a country to help create
       something like the NCSASA (NeoConfederateStates Air and Space
       Agency). We have the materials and the expertise we'd probably
       need, as well as the pilots (How can you forget DEN Aces? :P)
