From what I understand, these "slaves" are just common workers
who get payed with food and housing instead of money. I don't
think that this is necessarily bad.
The term "slave" is probably a bad choice of words, as it stands
for cruelty, etc.
The system described by Columbia maybe should have a different
name, and then it might be seen differently.

fund a women's right to choice but we fund a mother's ability to
take care of a baby that she doesn't get aborted ie 1 year paid
maternity and paternity leave, as well as a paying for all of
the hospital fees with our universal healthcare. Want to go? I
can go, but please don't act like you have the high ground
without helping a mother take care of the baby."

"It's not a living human being it can't live outside of the
mother's womb, if she wants to remove something in her body she
can, that is not cruelty, it is cruel to take someone's rights
away and just to decide that 'hey, I want to punish women for
having sex because I'm a religious nut.'"

mother and if she wants to see if that baby can survive without
