can someone clear this up

Section IV Section 4.
Is that saying that its based off the President or the State.
So for example if Nation Kermit the Frog was president and his
president was Miss Piggy. Would that mean Miss Piggy can't run
for 120 days after serving or that the nation cant create
another president to run for 120 days?

That means that Miss Piggy can't, I think. Or to be safe, Kermt
can't. But Kermit and Miss Piggy aren't together now.

If it's the same it means after serving two consecutive terms,
the state cannot have a president for 120 days nor could that
president move to a different state to remain president.

"The executive power shall be vested in a President of the
NeoConfederate States of America. He shall hold his office for
the term of sixty days; but shall only be re-eligible once
before having to sit out for 120 days. The President shall be
elected as follows."
Actually, one term is sixty days, not thirty. That would mean
elections would happen every month. Section 5 states that,
"Election shall be by popular vote and shall be held on the
following days: January 1st, March 1st, May 1st, July 1st,
September 1st and November 1st."
So, wouldn't that mean, that a President has to wait 120 days
before re-eligible for re-election?
I also think that it refers to the State, Section 1 states, "Any
state wishing to attain the office of President must first
create a character to run in the election..."

Idk... CSM did talk to me about changing certain things when he
was helping me with my project.
