       From: The Office of the Governor, Confederate State of Missouri
       In order to facilitate trade, travel, and tourism between our
       two neighboring states the Confederate State of Missouri would
       like to construct a high speed monorail line between St. Louis
       and Kansas City. We believe that not only would this encourage
       trade and travel between our two great states, thus benefiting
       both with stronger economies, but it would also help to reduce
       greenhouse emissions by decreasing automobile traffic between
       the two cities.
       We suggest the line run generally along the southern bank of the
       Missouri river. We would lay the track in our state and you
       could lay the track in your state. The two teams could meet
       somewhere in the area of Wooldridge in Cooper County. The single
       greatest issue we see is that as of now, we have no plants that
       produce locomotives at all. However, there is one in Kansas
       City. In return for you manufacturing the locomotives we would
       be willing to allow you to be the senior partner in this
       endeavor.

       Oh this is a monorail line... Darn, I'm building a maglev and
       now I didn't remember this properly!
