       Hello, everyone.
       First of all, I would like to apologize to all of the newer
       nationstates that have joined this region, for the delay it took
       to getting your approved land. We have had a big upheaval with
       the moderators of the forum, and are working on updating the map
       right now.
       NOTICE:
       Newer players are exempt from this, but inactive players face
       removal from the NCSA.
       There is no set guideline yet, and states that have recently
       joined are not in danger. But, if older players have been
       inactive, or have very few posts, we will assume they have left
       the region, and reclaim the land.
       I can attach a reply to this later that lists those that are in
       danger of removal.
