[move]Colombian Economy[/move]
Columbia isn't necessarily known for a boastful, industrialist
economy apart from a few railroads. Columbia relies heavily on
agriculture making it an agrarian society. Apart from places
like Georgetown, the nations one and only fully non-agrarian
section, the state boasts heavy economic benefits in cotton.
Roughly 791,305 people currently live in Columbia with 436,631
of them legally slaves making over 50% of the population working
for free. Most to possibly all slave holders make their money
off of sharecropping vegetables and small style crops such as
okra and beans. The planters focus solely on one product which
is usually cotton but some are also tobacco and sugar
plantations. And with these comes strong morals. The people hold
true to their God and are all under a Christian denomination.
Join the Jefferson Party to support an agrarian based economy
like our own here in the land o cotton, Columbia.
