Ooc. Can someone let me know if I have surpassed any further
expansion.
if we have any allotment left. As we have only expanded once. We
petiton the the remaining counties in the west of our state so
we can border with Gallifrean TimeLords.

Firstly: have you moved once before, Columbia?

No I posted something before that was approved by Sparta I said
this:
Columbia has passed 5 days of membership and would like
expansion into southern Alabama.
And no I haven't moved ever before.

So yeah, sorry WP that's my land and I already consider that
people live in that area so unless you wanna duke it out over
that territory, which I'd prefer not to, it's technically mine.
