(( OOC: The Reich would attend but it opposes monarchy proper,
even though it has an absolutist government. Having said that,
it's willing to tolerate monarchy and has no problem with this.

will be accompanied by members of her Royal Guard.
Also in attendance will be Deputy Prime Minister Jimmy Bain.
