Article VI
Interim Judges
A. If there shall be a member to any party of a case that is
also a Justice, an interim Justice shall be chosen to prevent
bias in the proceedings of the court.
B. The interim judge shall be appointed by the Chief Justice
with the consent of the other justice.
C. If this be the case with more than one justice, then the
President shall appoint two interim justices with the Consent of
Congress
"Given the sometimes slow nature on Congress, it may be
beneficial, in order to uphold the accused's right of a speedy
trial, to amend the section to allow for the President to
appoint such interim justices and if the Congress deems so, they
can Constitutionally, 'by law, vest the appointment of such
inferior officers, as they think proper..'"

the Prosecution or Defense petition the Court, with enough
evidence or valid reasoning to remove a Justice from sitting on
a case... Do they have such right?"
