debate this bill. We feel it will now be pushed through without
discussion. We advised we wished to discuss this bill. But we
waited for the time of tabling to pass first. Are we even now
denied the basic right of discussing a bill. Before its rammed
down for a vote."

they were to discuss the tabling not the actual bill. We thank
the Speaker for putting voting on hold. So we can actually
discuss a bill for a change. There will be some concerns that I
will raise soon. It is a very lengthy bill with many clauses. We
want to ensure the bill is fair and balanced."

Article VI
Interim Judges
A. If there shall be a member to any party of a case that is
also a Justice, an interim Justice shall be chosen to prevent
bias in the proceedings of the court.
B. The interim judge shall be appointed by the Chief Justice
with the consent of the other justice.
C. If this be the case with more than one justice, then the
President shall appoint two interim justices with the Consent of
Congress.
OOC: That can be worded better.
To note, Justices must pursue to be impartial and unbiased,
however it may be hard for PLAYERS to fully acknowledge that
distinction and as such act in a manner that may be... iffy (For
a lack of better words). I suggest that this law, in spirit,
recommend (for the lack of better words) that Justices recuse
themselves but (under some sort of proceeding to determine a
general consensus either by the Court or outside source) that a
Justice excuse themselves by Court/other order as sort of check.

"Loyalty to the Court and upholding justice is what they are
bound to. Otherwise a Justice who is also an ally to a member
undergoing a court case should also not be involved in the
hearing for reason of it will appear as biased in their verdict.
