"I-I apologize for the outburst Representative, but until the
Congress votes to ban filibustering it will be upheld in this
Congress, while I recognize that filibustering may waste
valuable time to Congress, if we really respect the freedom of
speech we have to recognize the right to do this. All of you may
know the tested opinion that filibustering protects minority or
unpopular opinions. I myself finds this to be true."

"While it seems likely that the bill would be defeated,
Representative Barona makes a point, however in my
hu-hurriedness to fulfill my duties I overlooked that important
notice the Represebtative from Byzantium made. The
Representative from Byzantine is correct, however for fairness
the vote will continue."

OOC: ...That doesn't really make sense at all. Surely, since
there was no previous second the vote would be null.

IC: I second this bill, and motion to vote.

OOC: Well that and the motion was made before an actual second
was made on the bill.

OOC: I understand the objections to the current vote, I
overlooked that important notice, but I already started the vote
for tabling, I was trying to just go with my gaffe to be fair to
WP. If we want to ignore that vote and rewind to start the
approval voting let me know.

OOC: I made a gaffe with the voting process, besides their is a
24 period on the voting time, plenty enough for one word
responses. I'm trying to do my job effectively and expediently.

Occ. Ur doing fine Turkdurken. People just need to let the
motion move forward. Otherwise someone will
Second the bill and a call to table will just need to be called
again. Extending the time.

OOC: Oh...I saw the mistake I made when I commented earlier, my
bad didn't mean to say it would be tabled.
"The voting period is over!" The Soeaker feebly yelled, "This
bill is not to be tabled by popular vote, and a new vote will
occur for this bill to be passed into la-la-la-la-law." He
looked a bit queasy, "A-Ayes and N-Nays please."
