Presidential election?

I just read the entire constitution an realized:
We should have a presidential election on september 1st.
Am I missing something? Or has everyone just forgotten about it?

No. Just builds up like the week before.
New candidates will be asked to nominate themselves soon. Than
campaign.
CSM used to call it. But im sure an admin or mod can do that
too.
