Nay to table.
Can I just say those who are aying to table are stripping away
state rights to protecting to play leaders from over zealous
states. The fact that people choose to table before discussing
is coming from the usual suspects

"Su-Such words are unwarranted here Misstress, I am a-aware of
how on edge you must be in this time of strife for your people,
but please refrain from insulting the opposition." he looked a
bit pink in the face, whether that was some sort of blush or
fever time would tell.

"My Health is of little im-im-importance here Representative."
He coughed forcefully, "I'm taking several prescribed medicines
for my illnesses."
OOC: He's a hypochondriac :D I thought it would be fun.

"Nay to table. The bill may need to made more specific, but some
slightly amended language could fix it easily, and the intent is
noble and appropriate."
((Of course, it might be somewhat unnecessary, since I always
understood that both (all interested) parties to an RP would
have to agree to an assassination or the like. I would say it
was certainly godmodding for someone to post that they
infiltrated another State and most definitely killed President
So-and-so without that player's consent -- saying they made a
reasonable attempt is one thing, and fine.))

OOC: But if I shot him, and it would've killed him, he can't say
no because "I don't want my leader dead."

Occ. As one players said to me. "Anything goes" if they want my
leader dead I cant stop it. As once you enter a rp anything
goes. To the point that there is not asking the other player if
that can happen.

vote to Nay."
