We All Need To Talk

I'm not going to name names in this, I know I'm partly
responsible for the decay of this forum, and I take full
responsibility if noone else is willing to take some of it from
me. I know everyone here is someone great, even if they aren't
showing it. But, in the past few weeks, it hasn't been that way.
We've had people fighting, calling names, and overall just
flying off the handle; myself included. And I think that if it
doesn't end now, that'll be that. I think we all need to be
reminded that this isn't life, this is just a game, it doesn't
require any form of bitterness I understand I've been bitter at
times, but I don't want to be anymore. I want to bring the
community together, give this community a new breath, even if a
new region or clean slate is required. I hope everyone will take
the time to sit down and talk to each other, make apologies, and
make new friends. These past weeks have been horrible here
causing me to withdraw away from this forum. So as the title
says:
WE NEED TO TALK
It's time to look around at us and determine what went wrong?
Look at yourself before you point fingers. I ask that all
comments which initially point fingers or insult another person
(ie swearing) to be deleted in this thread. I don't want this
forum to end, but it may have to if the ways we treat each other
continue to happen.

I agree with Columbia Confederates. I'm still pretty new here,
but this seems to have spiralled downward quickly. Not to
mention with the inactivity, new nations have yet to be properly
included (if any of them are reading this, I apologize).
As CC said, this is a game, and it's supposed to be fun. It's
not fun when insults and derogatory remarks are flying across
the OOC boards.

Except that I've changed my attitude here to fix things, rather
than focus on being diplomatic and likable. I'm actively pushing
for things to be fixed, and I am perfectly ready to ignore some
basic laws to have the government running again.
