I'm knew nothing abt war, cuz I don't like war. But I'm
interesting with economic, I means right now I'm proposing the
idea of NCSA Stock Exchange, and it may take few days. BTW, I

When a President nominates a Justice Congress does have the
power to yay or nay a candidate. Unfortunately in this region
most tend to go with the flow when it comes to voting. Congress
does have the power they just choose not to properly use it.

NeoConfederate States whose appointments are not herein
otherwise provided for, and which
shall be established by law; but the Congress may, by law, vest
the appointment of such
inferior officers, as they think proper, in the President alone,
in the courts of law, or in the
heads of departments."
Well, no... As with what was quoted section states, "by and with
the advice and consent of Congress..."
