President Calls for Impeachment of Justices

President Gray, after noticing the moves against him in
Congress, has heard the claims of the People, and will listen.
One large issue that was brought to the table was replacing the
inactive Supreme Court justices. President Gray therefore urges
Congress to impeach all three inactive justices, and he will
then appoint three new ones that will be more active.

OOC: I really don't think anyone would disagree, why not just do
it? RPing it would just slow it down, we need speedy replacement
and a functioning government.

Ooc: I know I withdrew my voice in congress in my ordinance of
secession but isn't this just slightly biased. You picked noone
who would defend any notions of states rights.
