A public announcement from the WP Minister of Truth

Hon. Tanya Thorne approached the podium. A confident woman in
her mid forties. She has been appointed Minister of Truth 5
years ago. Her task was a difficult one, she had to ensure the
media were on track with their reporting. She also was the one
who gave the say so if certain issues needed to be censored. Any
government sensitive topics needed her go ahead before they went
to air. But she was up for the job, she was loyal and
passionate to West Phoenicia wanting the best. So it was a
privilege when she had the opportunity to make public
announcement.
"Ladies and gentlemen of the Media. Officals and Citizens of
West Phoenicia and citizens of the NeoConfederate States of
America. As you all would be aware West Phoenicia has been
attacked by the nation of Sparta. An unwarranted attack that we
plan to take to the Higest courts in the NCSA. West Phoenicia
is a peaceful nation based on love and equality. We share and
trade with many states. But the attack today has burst our
bubble. In the passed we have assisted the state of Sparta, we
have trade and had an open diplomatic relationship that has been
shattered.
The Spartan ambassador has been arrested attempting to flee the
country. Her mother a minister in the Spartan cabinet who was
visiting has also been arrested. Both have been arrested for
their attempt to commit treason, espionage and regicide against
West Phoenicia.
Sparta is a war criminal. They have murdered untold numbers of
West Phoenician citizens in the city-state of New Tudor, they
have even bombed a hospital ship. Their sinister goal and plot
has been exposed. The NCSA now is aware what Sparta is like.
Do not fear, we are winning the skirmish. Our angels of the sky
are knocking all enemy aircraft out of the skies. Other fleets
of West Phoenicia are decending upon the enemy naval vessels
ready to strike any that remain or do not flee. And gun battles
have sprung up in the streets of New Tudor as police forces,
citizens and surviving army personnel from the bombed army base
are fighting back.
We implore Sparta to seek surrender. We do not want the innocent
to die. Wave the white flag and leave our shores. I thank you
all. Now let me call up Reverend Michael Vassal to lead us in a
time of prayer."

OOC: This is a god mod. I posted having them begin to flee so
you must RP trying to catch them! Especially since they have 10
guards each.

both of your necks. You are the absolute KING of subtlety, WP.
You bait in your IC posts. Stop. You have to RP it out. There is
a slim chance he could be unrealistic and make them teleport
out.

Actually no his not that is why I didnt bother to respond.
This is a news broadcast. I can say anything like. This is the
government letting the people know?
I'm sure I didn't realise I no longer had control of anything in
my own state.

Occ. On looking at the getaway of The Spartan Ambassador to WP
and her treacherous mother The Foreign Minister of Sparta no
where was there any mention that they had guards accompany them
in the cars. In fact no guards at all were mentioned in the post
at all.
Can I have an independent player confirm this.

Occ. No he clearly stated they fled the scene attempting to
board an airplane out of the country. They are no longer at the
embassy.
