OOC: I still haven't had a ruling on my motion to dismiss...
Surely my motion should be ruled upon or voted, whatever pleases
your honors, before further discussion on this case begins...?

You would be complaining about the same thing even if I DID
rule. All I'm saying here is you are acting way out of line,
insulting everyone because you aren't getting your precious
attention, and now claim I'm biased? I've ruled against Sparta.
I'm not 'Pro' any of you at all. You're both horrible choices.
Both of you don't listen to authority, you cry and shout 'Bias'
when anyone rules against you, and against any and all common
sense that the two of you seem to present, you don't learn. You
don't get it in your head that other people also know what
they're talking about, and when they make that decision you
can't handle it. It isn't yours.
I interpreted the constitution AS MY JOB TELLS ME TO. It's
different than CSM's. It might be. Yours would be that any war
at all is illegal. This would also be a Federal government under
you.
So, WP, what is it? Complain when someone doesn't agree with you
because your facts are horrible and don't add up? Shall I put
you down for contempt of court? Or will you shut up and let the
Judges judge? I've told you what to do. Just because one Justice
wants to see this case doesn't mean all do. Make me want to see
the case.
End of story.

Here is the thing. Diddy said he is willing to hear. You choose
not to. WP is the 3rd Justice we cant.. otherwise seeing I am a
justice did you want my import or did you just want to tell me
what to say?
And I havent insulted anyone. So please please please stop
baiting and trying to cause discord.
I am doing what any nation would do face with this adversity.
Now as my characters are all shades of the spectrum. And my
justice who I shall name Jeffrey George the III is impartial and
loyal to the courts and not the nation would rule against
Eastern Byzantine Empire motion.

OOC: I'm asking that we get Gondor in as a temp judge. And I'm
asking to please stop talking here. There is a way of doing
things and you aren't letting us do that. So far, you've stalled
us from ruling on whether or not to see this.

No no. As my characters are separate. My judge upholds the
values of the court. Not the home nation. This occured and was
allowed previous when Arcanda had a justice on the Supreme Court
and he had a player face court.

Funny when I mentioned that under Arcanda reign as a Justice.
under the same reason you gave. Pretty much everyone confirmed
as they were 2 separate characters it was permissible.
The questioning can be asked of the Chief Justice and if he
needs corroboration than he can ask the other two Justices.
I wont get experience if I dont get to participate

OOC: If I may, I really like the North Pacific Rules for the
Court. Chapter 3, Section 3 states, "Justices must endeavor to
recuse themselves from matters where they have a conflict of
interest."
Players are players, and unfortunately, however they may try,
they will be biased towards themselves whenever a close friend
or themselves (their nation) is standing trial. I mean, you can
see this in the real world! In an effort to maintain the
impartiality of the court and the neutrality of the judges, this
rule was implemented. Whenever a judge is to recuse themselves,
"The Standby Hearing Officer will be available to serve as a
Hearing Officer should any matter requiring the recusal of the
Moderating Justice arise during the trial."

You've been trying to tell everyone here how it works. It isn't.
This isn't the other region.
You are five seconds away from getting a case slapped on your
butt and an impeachment written up. You have interrupted,
hijacked, and sassed this court for more than your allotted
time. Your choice. Shut up and let the court work, or bother us
again with something. I told you no, you can't rule on your own
case. Just like a judge can't rule on his family, a player
cannot rule or make decisions on himself.
We need a bill.

OOC: It was a kindly suggestion as to how the Court may choose
to run itself... Anyway, that will probably be my last post till
this is all resolved.
