Sparta is denying West Phoenicia that privilege. They have
stated one of their reasons for their invasion is for government
change. Thus denying West Phoenicia the right. Perhaps the
Justice from USSDEN should step away from the issue due to bias
we feel ww will not get a fair trial if they are to hear the
case"

"Than please interpret Article VI section 7.
You have pretty much gone against the Constitution in denying
West Phoenicia the right to form a government of its choosing as
stated.

Caos, please calm down.
Although it is a weak one, WP does have a case. Let's just hear
him out. We can then still decide against him. But you have a
quite agressive way of instantly dismissing things, or at least
I feel it that way.
Also, where the hell is our third judge?

Occ. Im the third Justice at the moment. So I am having to not
hear this case as it can be seen as a clear sign of favoritism
or reason for appeal if I was to comment on this case.

Occ. He changed it. However in saying that there is some
confusion between ooc and ic. It seems just to continue having a
go at me my ic characters who many of them display airs of
arrogance, privilege and entitlement have been and because I
made the character like that they have accused me of that.
why a justice position is for life unless they step down, die or
are impeached you cant get rid of them.
I am prepared to put the position on the line by stating at the
next General Election my judical seat I am happy to go to the
election polls over. Which if re elected as Justice I will
continue to do at each new general election.

Occ. Again that is your interpretation which differed from
others. For example CSM.
Sparta upon invasion plans to dictate what our government will
be.
And in saying that when you ask Sparta the reason for the
invasion he sights WP involment as his main issue aside from
forcing us to change our government the attack on Jericho and WP
involvement. Three times he has been advised that did not happen
and he has not listened.
The justice from the USSDEN is clearly pro-Sparta. Who alone
thinks only his interpretation of the Constitution is right. As
Justices are suppose to be impartial we feel we are not getting
a fair hearing. The Chief Justice started this case and his
posts are being smothered by the USSDEN.
