Diddyland is right, that's my point. Different states can setup
their multi companies at NCSA Stock Exchange for trade or sell
their stock. Of course, if this idea has been approved, we will
create an new thread for those who liked to register their
companies and describe abt it. Once it done, we will make their
companies appear on the NCSA Stock Exchange daily trade board,
so easy. ;D. Also we will have the NCSA Index is a comprehensive
range of real-time indices, which cover all eligible companies
listed on the NCSA Stock Exchange Main Board.

OOC: I speak for possibly a minority, but for us who don't know
how economics works, would this affect us? I mean, I stray away
from economics and take a moderate stance on most issues.

No, it shouldn't affect anyone that isn't interested. This would
probably just be a place for countries to write about their main
companies, and how they are doing.
Their stock value would increase and decrease on two conditions:
1) One of us decides to invest in it. (e.g. I buy stock from a
company, thus the value increases, or sell and it decreases)
2) the company is doing well/bad and the value changes
acordingly.
This is how I would do it.
Changing the values daily might be a bit too ambitious, as we
probably won't be buying/selling company stocks on a daily basis
(I'm assuming)
If an update is postet after a value change, that'd probably be
enough.
So, that's how I see it, but maybe Changgo had a different
idea...

Well, maybe I not clear enough, of course stock will increase
and decrease through selling and buying nor companies doing just
like diddyland said. But there's also other way will affect the
stock trend, in reality war and political will also affect the
stock or even the economy, this's why Russia, or middle east
countries always not good enough with economy, or Malaysia
economy are backwarding because of political instability. It
make investors are not dare to invest or even not interesting
with it.

Exactly, if e.g. Colombia or West Phoenicia is at war, I might
not invest in those companies, so their value would not
increase.
But that's exactly the point. The value doesn't decrease because
they're at war, but because I don't buy their stocks, or even
sell.
So indirectly that's a cause.
But if a country doesn't register any companies, that country
won't be affected by this.
This affects registered companies.
I'm not sure if I'm getting my point across well

Yes, this will only affect to register companies, for those
didn't setup their companies, they won't be affected by this.
But something u make mistake, if eg Colombia and west Phoenicia
are at war, normally we will sell their companies stock, just
because of they're at war sure their companies will not doing
well, if the companies are not doing well, people start to sell
all those companies stocks(the stock value started to fall) then
the companies stock price will fell, and lastly, the companies
will lost their profit. That's it.
But do remember, even the companies of Colombia and West
Phoenicia stock value/stock price are falling/decrease, but as I
say, we will have the NCSA Index a comprehensive range of
real-time indices, which cover all eligible companies listed on
the NCSA Stock Exchange Main Board, the trend of NCSA Index is
calculated by all the NCSA companies stock, If all NCSA
companies stock price were increase at the daily previous close,
then the NCSA Index will rise, but if all the NCSA companies
stock price were fell at the daily previous close, than the NCSA
Index will fall, depending on how many NCSA Companies stock
price were rise or fell at the close

Anyway, we need to let it approved first. But then, here's the
problems, first except of me, anyone have clue about stock
exchange and economy those kind of things? Second, who is going
to manage nor updating and simulate it every single day? If I'm
the only one who knew how it work, which means i have to take
charge with it, but I have school and project daily. Third, we
all are coming from different nationalities, and the time GMT
are definitely not same, so how are we going to trade? I means
the NCSA Stock Exchange Trading Hours are open at
Monday – Friday (except public holidays)
Pre-Open – 8.30 am – 9.00 am
Continuous Trading – 9.00 am – 12.30 pm
Pre-Open – 2.00 pm – 2.30 pm
Continuous Trading – 2.30 pm – 4.45 pm
Pre-Close – 4.45 pm - 4.50 pm
Trading at Last 4.50 pm – 5.00 pm
Close – 5.00 pm
And my time here is 19:08 (right now)

Well Defence stocks will rise. As more military equipment,
aircrafts and naval vessels will need to be manufactured. :-p
But you need to format a bill so it can be created across the
NCSA. And maybe a Finance Minister can be put to work to set it
up.

R u sure finance Minister have clue about Stock Exchange?
Basically I don't think so, well maybe he/she is a Finance
Minister in this game, but he/she is not a real Finance Minister
in reality. Fun fact: ( just my opinion) but maybe we can work
together, cuz so far only me the one who really knew how Stock
Exchange and Exponent worked. And of course I will format a
bill, and describe it, but just now Gondor said he had signed no
legislation allowing such a trade deal. So we need to make it
approved first.
And also NCSA Stock Exchang is a public company, a public
company where allow us to make our companies appear on the
market for people to buy in/sell stock and trade. So it
shouldn't own by anyone.

Just make a bill in the correct format and submit it to
Congress.
