Operation Herodias

In secret
Director Justin Burnley sat behind his desk at the main
headquarters of the West Phoenician Security and Intelligence
office.
Phones were going off across the office as staff answered calls
about the New Tudor incident. His desk was a mountain of
paperwork, reports and memos. The attack while unexpected was
not something out of the blue. The nation had played out various
scenarios. Betrayal from an ally was just one of those
scenarios.
He just had a teleconference with Countess Tia High, the Prime
Minister. His orders had been swift and direct. Four of his
operatives 3 men and a woman had been called and were swiftly
preparing to leave the country heading for Sparta. There
operation was to bring back the head of King Spartaus of the
Spartans.
A plane was waiting at an undisclosed secret air field in St
Mary's, West Phoenicia that would take them part way to their
destination. The plane was always on the ready in case of
immediate directives.
His phone buzzed next to him, "Burnley" he spoke "Yes Prime
Minister. Yes the operatives are on their way to the secure
airfield. Can I assist you with anything else Madam? ..... What
you want two operatives to head to Richmond. For what purpose?
Agents Munguia and Agent Hase are 2 of our best Snipers to
graduate. I will contact them. Whose the target?

Sparta announced publicly because of the war ongoing between
Sparta and West Phoenicia, and flights that came from West
Phoenicia have been canceled.(So you can't go from WP to Sparta
but you can go from WP to DEN then to Sparta)
Spartan War Room News Conference
"Today the Spartan Airlines has closed down flights originating
from West Phoenicia. This isn't permanent and will reopen as
soon as the war is over and terms are reached. We encourage all
people to continue normal activities and don't mind the war."
