No Turkdurken did not rebuttal my points. He did not explain
each of the Constitution points that was brought up which is
also being now ignored by the NCSA President.

"Mr. Speaker I believe that the second of the bill is nullified
since the bill wasn't in the right format. However the motion to
table said bill is still out there so I believe you should call
for a second to the motion to table this bill."

While West Phoenicia formats the bill. Can The President please
look at Article VI Section 7. West Phoenicia calls on direct
actions and consequences be dealt towards Sparta. We petition
for help which the Congress must grant if we hold true to the
Constitution.

OOC: That's not how it works Sparta. That would be a clear
double standard if I overturned the Second only to bring up the
point of tabling it. Just ignore that for now. Section 6 Section
7 could be interpreted in many ways, however I wouldn't assume
it meant by attacking a member of the Confederacy to protect the
Confederacy. He already admitted his fault with the Supreme
Court, it's not that excusable but people can forget things.
While the VP's assassination was played out, if you read some of
the final pages they agreed to retract the events that happened,
the SecDef does needs to mind himself more towards the proper
authority however. I'm sure Gondor's link explains the last bit.
WP I understand your frustration the RP has been biased, the
leadership is sub-par, but instead of taking down the
establishment and rebuilding it (which would take even more
time) we need to have a community meeting and discuss what we
need to change to make the community better. We, as members of
the community, need to take responsibility and work with it to
take this community to the next level. I don't want this
community to die.

Recognizing That as an elected President, he or she must uphold
the Constitution for which the NCSA stands.
Realizing That the Constitution was created to both protect the
NCSA and the people of the NCSA. And that it needs to be
adhered to.
Acknowledging That the Constitution contains Articles and
Sections that need to be followed. That following the
Constitution starts at the top with elected officials and all
citizens and states follow suit to ensure the NCSA runs smoothly
and the Constitution is upheld.
Congress Hereby Mandates that the current sitting NCSA President
has failed in his duties and must be removed from office. From
reasons already giving to Congress. Or further evidence thereof.
Further recognising that with all Constitution points not being
carried out currently are fixed within 2 days we will remove
this bill from the floor.

OOC: WP I have no power to remove Justices and impeach people.
That is Congress' job. Article 3, Section 10 son. You just got
served medium rare with a side of fries.

OOC: Supreme Court Justices do not have to do with diplomatic or
executive departments. Yes I appoint them, but they are not
covered in that provision.

President. They are not about so you could have brought this to
our attention. And appointed replacements. Which you as a
president can do.

OOC: Sorry WP I was in a jesting mood. Won't do that again. I
could've brought that to the attention of Congress, but I could
only have appointed new justices once the other three had been
impeached.
