It is hard to do a Presidential address when always having to
deal with wars in and between states. Caos was at war with
Sparta, there was the Texas Civil War, and now the total Civil
War. With the justices, I will admit that fault. But notice I am
also having to replace parts of my cabinet, and with the whole
bills thing that's a Congressional issue, not a Presidential
one. I am trying to hold this place together.

Filing:
For Administrative purposes, a Bill must include one of the
following, or a combination of the following, in the title:
[OOC-Bill]
[IC-Bill]
An OOC bill only affects Out Of Character decisions, or more
specifically, only the player. This affects how you conduct
yourself, and how you write a bill, etc. It ONLY affects OOC
decisions/conduct.
An IC bill only affects In Character decisions. This covers
anything that affects your nation, your characters, or your
equipment/items. This will not affect OOC.
A combination (OOC/IC) is a bill that covers both, such as this
would.
Once a bill is made into a Law, it is designated by the prefix
[Law] after it's affecting area. For example:
[OOC/IC-Law] Standard for Proposing Bills
A failed bill shall be designated by the prefix [Dead], so it
reads
[OOC/IC-Dead] Standard for Proposing Bills.
Any bill without any of the above items is considered null and
void, and must be resubmitted with the edits.

Ooc. Even when the U.S was involved in 2 wars Bush still gave a
State of the Union address. So thats no excuse. That would
have been part of the State of the union address you would have
mentioned. The President been in office since July first. And
its half way through the second month.

OOC: I actually gave a speech in July about Enduranca and some
wars that were going on, so I did give an address.
IC: "Mr. Speaker, I believe I have made a mistake. Impeachment
isn't legislation, and therefore is not bound by this law. I
apologize."

Occ. Where is that state of the union you said you made? I also
highlighted 4 Constitution section where you have not performed
on.
Ic. The current NCSA President has failed to explain all 4
Constitution points I have made. He has failed in his duty to
uphold the office he fraigily holds onto.

OOC: But he's also modding, and is the only mod on the forum.
That's a lot of job. And at this rate Gondor it might be better
if this is just a discussion rather than a piece of actual
legislation. WP if your serious about "impeachment", which I
recognize that you called for a vote of no confidence, than you
proceed to use the proper route of action. Whatever that may be.
