Sorry, but I don't think there's any Northeast land open. The
area uncolored on the map has been taken by Frijistaat (we have
yet to get a new mapmaker)

I'm afraid he can't- Columbia took the rest of it; if you are
willing to wait a little bit, the map will be updated, so some
coastline may open up!

Oehiton, one area of coastline you could have is portions of
Alaska- perhaps the panhandle if that would work?
