Or another route that could be taken with the zero economy is
that your government has so little control over the state that
it actually has zero effect on the economy and your currency is
so worthless that people have resorted to a barter economy
rather than actually use the worthless money. There is still
production going on but trade is done in the manner of "here,
take a bushel of wheat for five chickens."

Now we get to find out how much money I give away!
Let's see, my GDP is 237 trillion, and my rating is 96, so
237,000,000,000,000*.2=... everything keeps giving me 4.74e12 so
I'll do it by hand (This is going to be a big number! :o)
47,400,000,000,000,000
I don't know what's going wrong, because that's impossible. Can
somebody please figure this out! I'm confused! ???

Cabinet positions are appointed by the President with the
approval of congress. So for the sake of consistency shouldn't
the treasurer be appointed in the same way?

No, you didn't. And why? Why in the first place?

He will be elected at the same time as every other person in
the cabinet and elections. His job is to oversee the use of
money, as well as establish percentages and categories for
taxing. He and the president are the sole creators of the budget
and tax laws, but congress can edit them if deemed appropriate.

Then might I suggest an edit to that account?

That's what I was trying to suggest, editing that text. Guess I
should have been more direct?
