But has an economy rating of zero, so he has... Literally, worse
than Africa's lowest economy. For all intents and purposes, he
       no longer is a nation.

Actually it has a GDP that is almost 50 times larger than that
of Nigeria's which is Africa's nation with the largest GDP.

That's a glitch on Ns's part. You're not supposed to have that
kind of money. Or if you do, it's because it's just so big.
Nigeria is not as big as you, but your economy is much worse.
What money does your government get, then? GDP is money from
       transactions.

In Fact it has a GDP larger than that of the US. And my GDP is
       25.6 Trillion.

       Dude...
You have 2.11 BILLION PEOPLE. This is like saying I gave a
dollar to each person. Sure, you're 2.11 billion bucks in debt
now, but on the bright side you now have 2.11 billion citizens
with a dollar, far more than the US with 311 million!
Get the point? Your economy is worse than trash. GDP.. Is...
How... Much... Transactions... Happen... In... Your...nation...
And thusly... How much money you can pull in from taxes.

But alas it matters not what Calorgia has. This nation is Pharq
and we should stop arguing over this. I still say that nations
with a economy rating of 0 should be included.

You're missing the POINT. You're missing EVERYTHING. You're
putting everything out of context. If I have a hundred penguins,
and they in turn give me an egg, but someone else's penguins
give them two gold eggs, but they have less penguins, will you
shout "I HAVE MORE EGGS", and say therefor a better economy?
Roughly each person in your country gets around 100 dollars or
so. If the US had that shitty of an economy how much GDP would
       they get?
Economy is NOT how much money you have. Is how EFFICIENT your
system is. Calorgia's system is CRAP, so it will have a worse
economy. Scale the US to your size and they perform roughly less
       than me.

If your economy is zero, you don't pay taxes because your
economy would have done something so inefficient that the
federal government would have to pay you to keep you afloat.
