The rub would come with representation in the Congress, when we
get that going again. You would be entitled to two votes if both
nations were on the map. You see where I'm coming from I hope.
Second the first nation doesn't reside in NeoConfederate States
of America, it's in a region called The Great Lakes, so it is
ineligible to be put on the map.
I put the one in northeast Kansas on the map.

Edit: Just moved NSU Sci back, So I guess order has been
restored and... Yea.
Edit 2: Also, Yea, Just keep the land in app 1 "Scientificum",
"SciCo" was short for Scientist Colony, But I guess that term
would be useless now that, You know.

So to make sure I'm clear on this remove the one in Kansas,
after I spent what seemed like an hour adding up the sizes of
the varioius counties! >:( and put you back in your old claim
that straddled the Missouri Iowa border. ;D
