To All Neutral States in the Confederacy

His Excellency would like to speak to all neutral States in the
Confederacy.

unsure of the future of this Confederacy. I am too, I will not
lie. Today I speak to all States that remain Neutral in this
brewing Civil War, do not let fear get the better of you, do not
sit idly by while our home is ravaged by war, do not let terror
win, join the Confederacy. Fight for the security and safety we
deserve. All citizens of the NeoConfederacy deserve to be secure
in their homes, in the economy, in the leadership of our Nation.
So I beg of you, do not watch while these Separatists drive us
apart and destroy everything we have built."[/quote]
His Excellency has taken an active spot in the conflict,
initially urging peace and diplomacy between both sides, and now
fully preparing for armed conflict. Many native Turks support
his actions, while some of the radicals are decrying his name
and demanding they be heard, however these are in the fringe
minority. Enlistments are up and commercial goods are becoming
over-priced as militant goods are becoming the top economic
priority, the war may not be in effect in the NCSA but it is
very real to the citizens and State of Turkducken.

President North addresses the region following the video, still
in his hospital bed recovering from his injuries.

my nation's full support in this time of crisis. We joined this
Confederacy willingly, and are willing to stand with it.
I want it to make clear that Enduranca is not frightened by
these separatists. We do not negotiate with terror and do not
legislate with bullets. No offense in this remark is made to any
fighting forces of the NeoConfederate States of America.
No. We are not frightened, and we are not weak; yet, we are
thousands of miles from the conflict. I cannot bring myself to
commit thousands of soldiers to send them to the other side of
the region, knowing many will not return. I will pledge monetary
and equipment support to the fighting forces of the NCSA, but I
will not send soldiers, warships or warplanes.
Yet through these hard times, we will remain vigilant, and
continue to monitor our corner of this region. We do not intend
to sit on our hands, but we neither wish to spend billions just
reaching the war zone.
