I will go for that. In two and a half weeks from today but until
then no federal guard may enter, attAck or use any legal force
until this happens. This meaning any nation in the UCA
organization, Columbia too. Deal ?

Colombia already made its choice when it went to war. The UCA is
but a political organization right now,so I won't attack them.
But hostilities will not cease between us and Colombia, given
that they have committed treason already. But everything else is
agreeeable."

OCC: This needs to be made official that it will not be possible
for the deal to be broken.
