The Ordinance of Secession

The Colombian Congress recently voted 160-0 to install the
"Ordinance of Secession".
"THE ORDINANCE OF SECESSION"
Written By: Justice Lucius Quincy Lamar
Signed By: The Congress of Columbia, approved by Congress head
Zaire George and Vice-Governor Pierce Kelly.
AN ORDINANCE to dissolve the union of the State of Columbia and
other united states from her under the compact of the
"Constitution of the NeoConfederate States of America."
The people of Columbia, in assembly, do ordain and declare, and
shall always be ordained and declared that as follows:
ARTICLE I. All laws and executive orders by which the State of
Columbia became a member to in the NeoConfederate States of
America be, and forever be, repealed, and that all other allied
states shall do the same and withdraw membership from Congress,
and that hereby all states shall resume all the rights,
protection, and powers which the states were agreed to be given
in the NeoConfederate States of America, and all shall be said
to be free, sovereign, independent, yet unified, states.
ARTICLE II. That all members of the signed Ordinance swear oath
to the seceded states until further developments with the said
Federal government, and that the Constitution of the
NeoConfederate States of America are hereby nullified in seceded
states, and that a unified article of confederation shall be
written to protect the rights of the people.
ARTICLE III. Any state which breaks the ordinance is considered
a enemy against the state, and that all who join must remain
unified in a cause against tyranny.
ARTICLE IV. That the people of Columbia and all seceded states
will hereby confirm their right to secede from a rogue nation,
and that other states who follow suite shall be given the same
rights to secede and join a confederation of anew.
Thus ordained and declared as written in convention on August
6th, 2015 in the year of our Lord 2016.

Secession doesn't work here. By joining here as a state, you
become a member. But when you are no longer a state, you are no
longer a valid member.

As they are not leaving they are introducing a rp where a number
of people have one view of state rights. As opposed to the
creeping control of the NCSA view on what is state rights.
