Adam Grand, the Vice President has urged the president to make
his way in secret to Williamsport, Pa to have a last chance
meeting to try and stop this mistake of a war from happening. He
awaits his arrival.

The President wants transparency, and wishes for negotiations to
be held in the open, and at tge agreement of both sides. He
wants the citizens of the NCSA to know how the course of history
over the next few days.

It would seem to me that meeting at a neutral location would be
preferential for all parties involved than to meet within either
Secessionist or Confederal territory.

Albert Dawning will attend the meeting, as well as DEN, but he
stresses that a land in the middle of the NCSA, in the white, be
secured and used as a meeting place.

The Vice President will be attending and ask for only members of
the NCSA and The Movement come to the meeting.

Meaning the government officials. Also, any white place on the
map is fine with me as long as we have agreements that there
will be no violence or attacks in any ways.

meeting takes place near Columbia.
