Again it doesn't matter, are we really arguing over stress? It
gives him zero practical or actual power, but if you want a
stressful job Columbia than take it.

Just stop givin' jobs to the same people. Get everyone involved
not just Caos, Gondor, and yourself Turk. This is why I'm inchin
towards bringin anyone who isn't satisfied here to a different
region.

Columbia. This isn't about choosing favorites. Caos volunteered.
We need a mapmaker to get this rp running smoothly again, and
Caos is quite actively engaged with this site, so he's a good
choice.
And Gondor and Caos are MODERATORS. It makes sense that they
have higher level jobs because they're running the damn site.
We're not picking favorites, and yes, it is added stress to him.
You want the position? Volunteer. Simple as that. Just don't add
all that dripping sarcasm when Caos was the one who has been
most vocally saying he will do this for us.

It is about pickin' favorites. And plus I've already talked to
Caos about it and we're still discussin' it. I just think maybe
we should spread around jobs AND GET EVERYONE INVOLVED. I've
been here longer than you but you already have a top end
position in Congress.

You're right, we should. The thing is, though, in order to be
given a high end job, it requires you to have been around a
while. To establish trust.
This is NOT about favorites. Caos and Gondor have a lot of the
jobs because they're MODERATORS. They RUN the site. And Caos has
said time and time again he wants more players to contribute.
It just takes time, experience, and commitment. Not to mention,
right now is just sort of hectic with CSM suddenly leaving
(apparently again). Once we get the whole thing running again,
there'll be a chance to spread out the jobs more.
FYI, I joined the site a month before you did. And I was
approached by Gondor and Caos because I have RP experience. Just
sayin'.

Of course everyone should get involved, if you're a mapcreater,
we're always welcoming you. But this topic was posted month
ago, why didn't you asked for it early, and not complaining why
no one even noticed you. You should realized it, not everyone
of us were easily to got the job, unless you've some special
abilities.

Except for the fact that there are quite a few people on here i
know are thinkin' of leavin' this wretch for multiple reasons
and unfair distrutions of powers and jobs is one of um. Explain
to me then why Chango got a judge job and not WP? WP has been on
way longer than Chango.
