NCSA Civil War OOC

This thread is for all OOC actions involving the Civil War. Here
you can discuss planning for the rp, military stats, and much
more. I don't mind civil debate for the purpose of realism and
fairness in rp, but and rude posts will be deleted. Thanks.

Columbia has a very low tech body armor made out of steel, if
that helps.

Non Newtonian fluids, surrounded by light weight, high strength
fabrics like Kevlar. Soldiers with ATLAS armor (TALOS
exoskeleton, and the like) use ceramic plates to cover important
parts, and have a plate of metal. Helmets are steel on the
outside, kevlar on the inside, and padding on the head.
It can stop 9x20, 9x19, and pretty much most rounds except
multiple 7.62.

Okay as it stands Volunteers are essentially an armed populace
with training. Trying to find a moderate compromise between that
and the best solution, as it stands I don't have a lot of
spending devoted to Defense, and I'm just going with the 6.2%
the game says I'm spending. Also I need tanks, or mobile
transport in general.

I don't really like to go into the specifics of the military.
Could I say, without making a long fact book about my equipment,
that for the time being, my military equipment resembles that of
the Greek military (exceptions being I have one aircraft carrier
and a larger active military and man pool.)

And its like "Eh" to me DEN, I'm trying to put myself in an RP
state of mind with the type of vehicles I have. I'm trying to
think of what my people would think a tank should look like, or
planes, or etc.
