       ((Has anyone else gotten this international event on NS?))
       Greetings neighbors,
       It seems we are once again at war. Brasilistan has captured our
       citizens and subjected them to torture. We have already begun
       air strikes and are prepared to stage an invasion. Neighbors,
       have any of you had problems with them before? Have any of your
       people been abducted? The time to come together is now, friends.
       We must eliminate this threat!
