Impeach Speaker

OOC: As mod and President I will not let this region collapse
like it did last time when CSM left, and he hasn't been on in a
good while. I am concerned, and I don't wanna do this but it is
necessary if we are to function as a region.
IC: Ham Wesley has noticed that the Speaker had been highly
inactive as of late, causing a gridlock in Congress. It is,
therefore, that he motions to impeach the Speaker in favor of
someone else more expedient.

OOC: As he said himself, he's a father and employed, it's not
his fault. Impeach is a strong word, how about executive
promotion? Until he gets back then you and him could discuss it.

OOC: I know that it isn't his fault, but we have to go on. The
job of the Speaker is to take note of motions and seconds, and
bring bills to vote, and if they are passed, to give the bill to
the President for signature or veto. Honestly, we don't know if
he will come back.

OOC: I would volunteer to be Speaker, I'm always on, or at least
have enough of a presence on the forum to be active enough.
