(as much as possible, I am unaware of exactly how much mileage

I don't think I can give you all of that land. However, I'm
willing to grant you the corridor between Pikmantopia and the
NEF, and the portion of Minnesota as well between NEF and Greene
County.

If you look at the top of this section with the current map, it
explains how big an initial nation can be. A basic eye-rule is
starting out, your nation can't have more area than Lake
Superior. After several days of activity, a nation can request
to expand again.
But alright, we'll get you added to the map! Welcome to the
NCSA, and sorry about the super long delay!
