But in fairness WP such a precaution is a good thing, what
happens to the fairness if the NCSA troops stationed in your
state go rogue? It's better to hand them off to the Sec Def,
although in this time of Civil War, it seems "Eh" to me that
people would stay to fight against their state. Or at least the
majority.

West Phoenicia has always supported West Phoenicia interests as
best they can.
there was no swearing in ceremony. I also insisted that all
West Phoenicia troops donated remain under leadership of West
Phoenicians. Caos was happy to accommodate that.
we are not a left wing hippy nation we would not turn on our
own.

Even still DEN comprises a lot as well, and I have a army, so
does everyone really. It's constitutionally mandated.

It was never actioned. He cannot assume that he alone will have
sole control over the NCSA military. While he did a brilliant
job in creating it. It does not give him authority over all
personnel.
In times of civil war. Even if they did swear an oath. Really
is meaningless.

No I concede to that point, but I find it hard that every single
one of those men and women are die hard patriots that would be
okay with being persecuted for treason if they defected. Or if
they would so willingly betray the comrades they now have
(maybe) found.

As long as the Generals are die hard patriots. Thats all that
matters. Most of the time people will just follow orders.
Look at what happened in Waco. ATF agents killing innocent men,
women and children.

I don't think that comparison is accurate here, I had to Google
what it was. I would think most soldiers would oppose orders on
moral standings.
