In a move of solidarity with Columbia Confederate, The West
Phoenician Congress after an all night session has agreed to
support them.
King Glenton Bush II annouces all NCSA CBI staff expelled from
the state. "This is our state right to do so."

In Secret at the Royal Palace Meeting Room
"Sirs and ladies, our allies the Namians are taking sides with
the Federals but our other ally Columbia is the cause of this
conflict. I have called you, my advisors and leading Generals,
here to assist me in making my decision in this war. Debate
away." The King said.
After long debate the King decides on a decision. "After much
thought, we will take the Columbian's side but not publicly.
There will be no documents or records of any of our actions
against the government. All Spartans that are deployed will be
Black Rangers or Hawk Battallion soldiers, all of which
officially don't exist. Our men deployed to Columbia, will
publicly said the only men deployed on officially defensive
actions of the Columbian capital. But, the Black Rangers will be
deployed and the Hawk Battalion will make air strikes against
the NeoConfederate Capital. I want one carrier attack fleet
deployed and to begin heading towards the Panama Canal with any
identifications of Spartan origin stripped and manned by Black
Rangers. The aircraft will be the Hawks aircraft and Hawk
personnel will fly them. Quickly send three Black Ranger's
deployed to the capital immediately under semi-true
passports(the passports are real for the men but they are so
well hidden of their true identity that it's almost impossible
to tell they are anything but buisnessmen from California) These
men will carry Remington hunting rifles, modified to have extra
punch and farther distance with a good scope, and they will be
going on a hunting trip in Virginia later that week. They will
get a room in a hotel overlooking the President's house and they
will be tasked with killing him and anyone else if deemed
necessary. Publicly we will be neutral. Dismissed."
*All of his orders are being carried out. The men board their
flight after their "vacation" in Hawaii. The Carrier Attack
Fleet deploys.*

OOC: How do secret air strikes work? What makes you think hotels
are in Richmond? California doesn't exist, neither does
Virginia, how do you go from being allies to suddenly bombing
the Capitol of the NCSA, what is the purpose of killing the
President? How many men? You have enough "Black Rangers" to man
an aircraft carrier? They know how to operate a carrier? Why
can't they just be fake passports?

Hotels are in Richmond I've been there and where do tourists
stay if there aren't?
I'm not going to kill the President unless it's necessary. This
is a safeguard. Right now he is the sole hope of peace.
As for the rest they are dumb questions. Yes they know how to
operate an aircraft carrier, they aren't just fake because I
didn't make them that way,
Why so many questions?

OOC: Why? Because your idea is impossible. You don't have that
many, and you'd have to retrain all of them just to operate a
carrier. Sparta, you're not using common sense again. This is
the NCSA Richmond, not the real life. And honestly? You'd never
get near the house he's in. And that bombing ****? Doesn't work.
TOO well.... It can. But probably won't.

OOC: Up until now I didn't think you were being bad on purpose.
So...if it's necessary to kill the President you will kill him,
but your bombing the NCSA any way? The civilians or otherwise
innocent people standing around you decide to murder. Your
foreign policy is your foreign policy but it seems really dumb
that you betray the ally who is, Geo-Politically speaking,
closer to you and militarily stronger. To me that seems very
dumb.
