[font=times new roman]Spokeswoman Penelope Hanno of the Ministry
for Public Order and Citizen Protection was ready to address the
peoples concerns over the current "Nullification Crisis of the
NCSA", as the media have now described it, in light of the
recent violent and militaristic events unfolding.
"Citizens of the Eastern Byzantine Empire, the Ministry for
Public Order and Citizen Protection has been following this case
with great concern. Our people should live in a Confederacy
without violence, without a threat to safety, without fear for
our lives. We should live in a Confederacy full of compassion,
love, and cooperation. Unfortunately, that is not the case, nor
will ever be the case if we continue through with this path we
are following. The Foreign Ministry and his Grace have made it
clear that we will be supporting the "Federalists" and their
cause to the end, but His Grace has made it clear to me that his
people and their safety was our utmost priority. The Ministry
for Public Order and Citizen Protection, in consultation with
the Ministry for National Defense, have echoed to me five main
points. I quote from the Minister of National Defense, "With
orders from His Grace, I have compiled a five point outline,
with help from the Ministry for Public Order and Citizen
Protection, that will be taken by the Government effective
immediately to ensure the safety of our people in this conflict.
1. The Military is ordered to take DEFCON 3 readiness stance in
the event all out war breaks out with the Eastern Byzantine
Empire and her allies against the 'Rouge States'.
2. In cooperation with the Ministry for Public Order and Citizen
Protection, the Ministry of Defense shall be performing a two
week long initiative program to prepare the local populace for a
Statewide evacuation of invasion or attack prone areas, should
the situation arise.
3. The Government shall be instituting immediate relief efforts
to areas abroad that have been affected by the ongoing via the
distribution of goods to embassies and constabularies in those
nations. (Shall only apply to citizens of the Eastern Byzantine
Empire)
4. The Government, with the approval of His Grace, has declared
a National State of Emergency. As such, first category
responders are obligated to inform the populous of these events.
Local authorities are also order to advise business continuity
advice to local business, etc.
5. Curfews have been instituted for 7:00 p.m-9:00 a.m. to all
Citizens of the Eastern Byzantine Empire. (This including
immigrants)
A one week notice has been announced for all tourists and others
within the country."

In the Amerikanisches Reich, Elsbethburg
Reichsführer-General Albrecht Dietrich zur Linde and
Reichsführer-SS Reinhilde Habich stood on the steps of the
Reichstag as citizens crowded the streets, waving flags,
showering kisses, flowers, and blessings on the smartly-marching
Waffen-SS and Wehrmacht. The latter stepped in perfect unison
with arms ceremoniously shouldered, bearing their varied unit
standards and the omnipresent swastika.
The streets of Elsbethburg rang with music as military bands
struck drums and blew trumpets. Over the marching troops an
ecstatic population threw rose petals, which rained down as
though in a fantasy Fall where all the trees of the Reich bore
them.
Clapping their boots on the flagstones of the enormous plaza
fronting the Reichstag, the troops in turn dipped their
standards, whilst the Reichsführers gave smart Roman salutes. At
length, as they paused and the crowd quieted, Albrecht Dietrich
zur Linde spoke:
"Der Volk have long striven for unity, peace, fraternity, and
sorority, and in the Reich itself I am humbled by their great
achievements. You have overcome all odds to create a paradise of
National Socialism, where the chosen People can fulfill their
destiny: To be a shining beacon unto the world; to surpass all
in arts, culture, and discipline. I could not be more proud
today to say, not that I am the Reichsführer-General, but simply
that I am Reichsamerikaner!"
The troops lifted their chins while the populace cheered wildly.
"And now another moment has come wherein our saga will be
written. We embark together, all, upon a campaign which will
determine which culture and nation should survive, and which
shall perish. Now, for our glorious destiny: Der Amerikanisches
Volk, Sieg Heil! Sieg Heil!"
The soldiers assembled raised their hands in the Roman salute
again while the common people did likewise, but erupted in a
deafening chant: "Sieg Heil! Sieg Heil! Sieg Heil!"

have gravenly striven to violate the sacred Constitution of the
NCSA with their assertion of the right to nullification of
Confederate law, and have most willfully eschewed all attempts
at diplomatic settlement. A meeting between the Reichsmarschall
and Generalstab of the Wehrmacht, including the
Reichsführerin-SS, and your own high command would be, we
believe, most productive.

of course respond with measured force if attacked. If not, our
transit will be most peaceable and brief. You may freely contact
us if this arrangement is unacceptable to you.

"Sir we are approaching Melbourn Haven! Our expedition to the
Atlantic is successful!" General Kennedy said to his overall
commander General Washington.
"Good. Now, head towards the harbor of Melbourne Haven(WPs
Capital). We need to restock and refuel before sending men to
Columbia. Send out, fully loaded, 10 Heavy Bombers with 13 F-13
Eagles over The city to head to Columbia to help. Notify West
Phoenicia of our actions. We will respect their wishes about the
navy not entering their harbors. Inform their leaders however
the soldiers are coming into the city in the LSVPs to have some
fun since they've been cooped up in boats for a while. We begin
aiding our allies today!" Washington exclaimed. "Oh, and send
out 10 bombers without escorts, 5 armed with cluster bombs and 5
with guided bombs, to fly over the West Phoenician capital also
with visible signs they are Spartan to cheer our allies before
heading to Columbia!"
The soldiers loaded into the LSVPs and the aircraft took off.

NCSA and Soldier detachment
Captain Winters swore. The Spartans had to lock down the area,
and they had only just landed. Some angry fucking mob they were,
if the Spartans couldn't contain them. They hadn't brought
rubber bullets, but at this rate, it didn't matter. They had to
use normal bullets to just survive. "Lock down the area, I don't
care. Just get us out of here! Johnny! Get your platoon to the
airport! We need to fucking get inside, clear it, and hold it!"
"Roger that!" The lieutenant shouted, and waved his arms. He
held his RMG-1 in his other hand, and was careful not to knock
the clip. "Rosy! Arnello! On me! Move it!"
The two Sergeants rushed forward, easing their squadrons on. The
twenty man platoon ran forward at full sprint across the
airfield, shouting to get the hell out of the way, before
slamming against the wall of the massive building. Sergeant
waited and kicked the door with his full power, breaking the
lock and slamming it open. The other soldiers rushed into the
door, and started up the stairs, clearing the room inside and
making sure there were no hostiles.
Rosy's squad, and Johnny, rushed to the connector holding the
airplane to the terminal, and ran up the stairs, guns held up.
They were in the connector, and a private waved for the other
soldiers to move forward. Rosy was the first to approach Johnny,
and she carefully ran over to the Lieutenant. "Area's clear for
now! We'll move into the terminal now to clear it, sir."
"Good job, Rosy." Johnny replied, and walked out. "Captain
Winters, we've got area clearance. You are clear to enter."
