Im Namen des Reichsführers und Volk
In the Reichstag, August the Fourth of the Year 2015
The Reichsführers have duly asserted as their prerogative, which
we in course must accept in the interest of der Volk, the
ability to determine whether the Reich may be in a state of War.
Upon their advice, in consideration of the honored alliance
between the Reich and and the State of Turkducken, and
acknowledging that said State has embarked upon a course of war
against the Columbia Confederates, it has been concluded that
the Reich has no choice but to join them in some capacity.
       Therefore:
A State of War is hereby declared between the Reich and the
       Columbia Confederates.
The SS, Wehrmacht, Kriegsmarine, and Luftwaffe are ordered to a
state of high alert, and shall assemble for drilling and all
other necessary preparations prior to any possible deployment.
Aid may be rendered to the State of Turkducken should it be
judged necessary, either in supply or in terms of defensive
deployments to protect its borders, pending its consent.
Any action against the Columbia Confederates shall be undertaken
with the understanding that the action is in defense and aid of
       an ally.
The rules of engagement shall adhere to the Constitution of
these NeoConfederate States, and the laws properly affirmed by
its legislative and executive branches, but will be bound by no
       other law.
Here in the Reichstag, in Elsbethburg, unanimously affirmed.

FROM THE 144th SESSION OF THE APPALACHIAN PARLIAMENT
       Being that;
Columbia Confederates has shown unwarranted aggression and
       disregard for Confederal law,
Appalachia's military protection pact with the state of
       Turkducken,
Appalachia's proximity to military threat in the southwest,
The Appalachian Parliament formerly declares war on Columbia,
       voting 93-7 in favor
"President Sharpe continues efforts on mobilizing the Appalchian
Army, and reports have come in that the Guard has been put on
standby. Appalachian fighter jets still soar over Appalachia,
ready to intercept any hostile air force. The Ranger Corps have
all been recalled onto their bases, and none have spoken on
whether or not they are deploying. The streets are empty tonight
as people take shelter in their homes. Fear is in the air." -
News report from the ANN (Appalachian New Network)
       In secret
President Sharpe sends word to Turkducken and the Amerikanisches
Reich offering military assistance and cooperation.

       DEN
       Nearing Sparta
       NCSA CBI agents
The transport jet flew in out of California, stopping there to
make a fuel stop and then continuing on. The plane had then
turned towards Hawaii, heading at about 500 mph towards Sparta.
The plane, although civilian, was filled with soldiers and CBI
officials, and had a distinct DEN roundel on the tail of the
plane. After gaining clearance from Sparta City, the plane began
to descend onto the asphalt of the airfield, skidding to a stop
and halting immediately. It taxied, and then the doors dropped
down, and the first person out was a Namenian soldier, holding a
       gun.
       NCSA
       Battle of Jericho
       Rider Convoy
Rider shouted out as the bullet tore through his left shoulder,
shattering the bone it impacted and sending him sprawling. With
the one arm he had left, he grabbed the ground and crawled
against the large van, holding out his SMG with the one hand.
The sniper next to him had already found where the other
marksman was, and let out four rounds into the forest, then
retreated behind the van to reload. "God fucking damn it! Can it
       get any worse right now??"
"Sir, they're retreating!" One of the officers shouted, and held
up his rifle to hit the fleeing men. The snipers in the group
let out twenty rounds, filling the air with the bark of 7.62 mm
bullets, and then filled the ground with the blood of anyone hit
by the hard round. "Looks like they're gone..."
"That gives us some time... we can regroup, rearm, and..." One
of the men said, then heard a telltale roar of a jet in the air.
He stopped and looked up, and let his jaw drop. "GET THE FUCK
       OUT OF HERE!"
Everyone scrambled to get out of the way of the massive
aircraft, running to the side and out of the way as the first of
the cannon rounds impacted the cars, exploding against the sides
and ripping a massive hole in the line of defense. He swore when
the rounds ripped apart nearly half of his men, and injured
almost all of them. As the dust subsided and the rounds left, he
looked up and saw the enemy opening fire on them, splattering
the walls of the cars with bullets again. James didn't feel any
hope leave him, though. The attack helicopters and transports
were right there. Over the roar of gunfire, jet engines, and a
fire, he shouted out: "YOU FUCKING BET I'M STILL HERE! EAT SHIT,
       GENERAL!"
       NCSA
       Battle of Jericho
16th Assault, 155th Battalion, Able Company
"Shit! Aircraft on radar!" The lead helicopter's radar intercept
officer shouted to the pilot, and before the pilot reacted the
two Super Hornets screamed by and strafed the ground. They saw
dozens of high explosive cannon rounds impact into the ground,
shredding people and vehicles alike. When the smoke cleared they
saw dozens on the ground, dead or bleeding to death.
"I see it! I fucking see the goddamn thing!" The pilot shouted,
and maneuvered the helicopter to get a good view on the planes.
He looked at one of the two, and the seeker head of the SRM-1 on
his left wing maneuvered to watch the exhaust of the fighters.
He pressed the release button, and let loose the heat
seeking/visual lock missile. There was a roar as the jet's
engine noise hit them, and as the missile broke the sound
barrier to Mach 3 "Get them! Fox one away! Fox one away!"
The other helicopter let loose a missile of it's own, and soon
the other two escorting attack helicopters were on the scene.
They had the enemy on radar, but they couldn't do anything until
the plane got closer. But for now, the battle on the ground
turned to their hands. The ten transport helicopters began
appearing on the horizon, and soon the buzz of DEN made MGs
filled the air, and the ground, with 7.62 mm rounds. The side
gunners of the helicopters began spewing tracer rounds into
soldiers on the ground, then turned around to make for the
       landing zone.
"Watch for the air. Engaging ground targets. Illuminating
enemy!" The RIO/Gunner of the lead helicopter shouted, and
activated the 40 mm turret below him. He looked at the screen of
the gun, and moved it to match his visual of the enemy, then
started letting rounds loose in the direction of Pullox. He
pressed a button as the pop of 40 mm grenades were heard,
illuminating the ground with a laser. The second attack
helicopter flew over and dropped a single 100 pound bomb, then
turned around to return to the AO.

       Battle of Jericho
       Army of Jericho
"Hahaha!" Pollux shouted as the bullets grazed the ground around
the vans. "Boys, I don't want to do this much longer, go tell
King to get his tank squadron ready, sound the alarms as well, I
want everyone out of their tents and out here. I want Rider." As
one of the jets hit the ground one of the marksmen rang into
       Pollux.
"Sir, we have helicopters comin' in, do we have permission to
       fire at the convoy, sir?"
"Yes fire the hell away!" Pollux spoke over the intercom. "Fire
       away."
Men began running out of there tent, as the roughly 2,500
soldiers awaited the whistle from Pollux to begin the all out
fire. "Boys on my whistle I want you to fire at those wheels! I
want you to fire at those choppers! I want y'all at the turrets
at the choppers!" Pollux raised his hand with his pistol in arm,
it hurt because of the bullet he took but he gave a loud whistle
and fired off a bullet. "Final Stand boys, we've got them out
       numbered!"

As he shouted a bomb dropped down. "SHIT!" Pollux shouted.
Pollux ducked for cover. Atleast 30 young men bodies flew up in
the air. Pollux crawled away as he looked back at his injured
horse and the dead men. "Are y'all alright! Keep firin'! FIRE!"

Several snipers were positioned throughout the airfield in
hidden locations and were undetectable. They were positioned so
they couldn't be seen by anyone on the ground. Four Spartan
soldiers approached the plane and asked, "We will take it from
here soldier, return to your homeland my friend. "
Two angry mobs were hidden from sight and had lookouts watching
and signaling to coordinate the mobs hole remaining hidden. They
were armed with weapons of all sorts but mostly fire arms.

out there, we think we got um though. They want some guy named
       Rider dead."
