       Greetings citizens of the NCSA! It is truly a pleasure and honor
       to be here. I would like to thank the region very much for
       allowing me to be here. Now, some basic information about the
       United Commonwealth.
       Founded on February 10, 2015, by Franco-Germany, we are a region
       based on an alternate-history modern world, in which all
       superpowers have dissolved and including some different nations,
       represented by our members, but with the same geography.
       Based loosely around a European Union style of Government, we
       have a Commission President acting as the Executive, the World
       Parliament as the legislative, and the World Council as the
       Judicial.
