The Coastal Crusaders are hosting the West Phoenician War

(OOC: I'm guessing that play by play would be a bit to
extensive, so I'll just write the result of each drive. If play
by play would be wanted by someone, I could do it though.)

Touchdown! (OOC: Turducken, you didn't give me enough names, so
I just made up some. Hope that's alright. Otherwise you can
still give me your preferred names)
New score: War Dancers 14-7 Coastal Crusaders
2nd - 12:56 - James Emanon tosses the ball out to his receiver

       Touchdown!
New score: War Dancers 49 - 13 Coastal Crusaders

The Coastal Crusaders have been humiliated in their own stadium
while the War Dancers look like a real contender for the first
       NCSA football title.
We thank you for having been with us tonight and encourage you
to tune in again tomorrow where we will be showing:
Soccer: Diddyland Dynamo @ The Cream Stalwarts
Basketball: Diddyland Pilots @ West Phoenician Scorpions
(OOC: I realize that this might be a bit too extensive. I should
probably keep it less detailed, right?)

Welcome back to the NCSA Sports Channel and to the Michael
Bellandese Memorial Arena, where the Cream Stalwarts will host
the first soccer match in NCSA history against the Diddyland
       Dynamo.
29th minute: GOAL for the Cream Stalwarts! Cesar Montoya puts
the freekick into the Dynamo box, where the Diddyans just can't
manage to get rid of the ball, so that Evan Thomas ends up
taking the ball and scoring it in the bottom right corner of the
       goal.
New score: Cream Stalwarts 1 - 0 Diddyland Dynamo
69th minute: GOAL for the Cream Stalwarts again! Jarret Allen
takes the corner, it hits Cameron Ramirez's head and goes even
further to then land right in front of Bruce Springsteen's feet.
He has no difficulty to score the goal with a strong shot from 9
       meters distance.
New score: Cream Stalwarts 2 - 0 Diddyland Dynamo
81st minute: GOAL for the Cream Stalwarts!!! Evan Thomas crosses
the ball. The ball jumps around the Diddyland box like a
billiard ball until Cameron Ramirez gets the ball and shoots it
into the bottom left corner of the goal, as if it was nothing.
New score: Cream Stalwarts 3 - 0 Diddyland Dynamo
And that's it. Just like yesterday, we see another blowout
match, but this time it is the home team that can celebrate.
Diddyland Dynamo will have to show a much better performance
next time if they want to stand a chance in this competition
That's all here from the Michael Bellandese Memorial Arena.
Stay tuned for the upcoming basketball match between the West
Phoenician Scorpions and the Diddyland Pilots.

game between the West Phoenician Scorpions and the Diddyland
       Pilots.
(OOC: Play by play would be waaaaay too long, and I can't really
think of something in between, so I'll just give the result and
the player performances. If anyone has a better idea, please
       tell me.
Actually, if anyone has feedback on anything here, generally,
       please tell me!)

OOC: I'm curious as to how you simulate these. Are you using a
       program, dice roll, what exactly?

Yeah, a program (2 programs actually. 1 for the american sports,
       and one for soccer).
So it's completely unbiased, but still takes into account the
teams' strengths and the element of luck that is in every game.

Live from the Rogers Arena, Vancouver, it's the NCSA Sports
Channel with our first transmission today.

       and the Diddyland Freezers.
       PERIOD 1:
12:48 - Goal scored by Wendell Hampton assisted by Roosevelt
       Stewart.
New score: Freezers 1 - 0 Cream Pies
       PERIOD 2:
0:52 - Goal for the Freezers assisted by Loren Scott.
New score: Freezers 2 - 0 Cream Pies
1:19 - 2 minute penalty against the Cream Pies for holding
14:12 - 2 minute penalty against the Cream Pies for
       unsportsmanlike conduct.
16:05 - 2 minute penalty on Wendell Hampton (Freezers) for
       charging
       PERIOD 3:
0:48 - The Freezers shoot and score on the rebound.
New score: Freezers 3 - 0 Cream Pies
1:05 - The Cream Pies shoot and score on the rebound assisted by
       Phillip Dashenko.
New score: Freezers 3 - 1 Cream Pies
2:13 - Goal scored by the Cream Pies.
New score: Freezers 3 - 2 Cream Pies
6:29 - Goal scored by the Cream Pies.
New score: Freezers 3 - 3 Cream Pies.
10:44 - Goal scored by the Freezers assisted by Roosevelt
       Stewart.
New score: Freezers 4 - 3 Cream Pies.
What an exciting match this has been!! An incredible effort from
the Cream Pies to catch up and tie the 3-0 deficit, but in the
end they couldn't keep up and still lost the match. On the one
hand, this must be quite demoralizing for the Cream Pies, to
still have lost the match, but on the other, the players were
able to see what they can achieve.
Anyways, stay tuned for our next sports event, when the West
Phoenician Confederates host the Diddyland Lions for a match of
       baseball.
