After relieving Sparta of his SOI duties, I must appoint a new
one. I pick Enduranca for the position, as he is unbiased and
can get the job done.

Enduranca provides Alan Imahara for the role. He's been a
pivotal member of Presidential cabinets for several years. He
released a statement:
"I'm surprised at this sudden nomination, but I am very honored
to have this ability, and I am positive I can do good for the
region."

"Point of Order, Mr. Speaker. Referring to Section 8 of Article
3 of the Constitution, is the President required to give us a
reason for a Cabinet Member's removal at the time, before, or
after the President removed them from office."

OOC: Here are the reasons. Sparta repeatedly trolled Caos during
operation Blackout, and wouldn't stop even when Caps pointed it
out (this happened like two or three times), and Sparta copied a
large part of Caos's military factbook, which Caos himself had
designed, so he plagiarized in truth. And to top that all off,
he left and came back, approving himself in the process, abusing
his power, if you ask me.

The President urges Congress to vote on and approve this new
Secretary of the Interior, as it is needed to approve new
states. The motion has been seconded and the President
desperately needs this member of his cabinet.
