The system of levee systems has been finished and the
underground tunnels are almost finished. The idea of the plan is
for Sparta to disappear under a "flood" and then the Spartans
will return one day when they choose to. All Spartans won't tell
anyone about their secret but will remain in the region. The
underground tunnels are being made now and should be complete
soon.
*Spartan Space Program*
The first shuttle was completed and is scheduled to enter space
tomorrow to head to the moon.

OOC: Wait, hang on. Is there mention of this space program
elsewhere? These seem to be huge steps. The first mention of any
rockets here are the missiles- and even then nothing about
spacecraft- just a jump to a giant military space station in
orbit.
And there is no way any spacecraft will reach the moon on its
first try- at least realistically. This isn't Kerbal Space
Program.

OOC: Sparta, you're doing that thing again. Remember? Playing to
win? The shuttle will NEVER reach the moon. There isn't enough
power for that, and even if it did, it could never get OUT of
orbit. Once again, not enough power. You also have NO history of
space exploration, so how could you make something you have no
knowledge on? You will make mistakes. This isn't some perfect
utopia.

Sparta has finished the underground cities and is in the process
of moving all missiles to the Island Athens and Thermes and all
aircraft. All of the navy is moving either to DEN or the East
Coast.
