       OOC: Yeah but how far away are they? It's not only in my
       interest to protect the Capitol, but the interest of the NCSA
       that a local military power is capable and ready to protect the
       President and the Government if the need arises. I know you got
       this DEN but come on your in Alaska, I'm right next to Richmond,
       and I'm fine with sharing this responsibility.

       ((Junkers is in Richmond. There is a division of units called
       the Elite Guard (in German that's SS) and they are the last line
       of defense.

       of the first 5 facilities has already commenced, I would
       appreciate discretion as this is a secret project. However your
       Staff should know about this, but I think it would be relevant
       to have an ace against any nuclear threats, and you don't win
       poker by showing your hand.
