Enduranca's representative to the trial will be Attorney General
Anthony Sarkosa.
Huey Lincoln will be transported to Sparta onboard an EFAF MRTT,
escorted by 2 SF-35 Storm fighters, at least to the Spartan
border. Onboard the aircraft with the prisoner will be guards,
flight crew, some members of the media, and officials from the
executive branch and justice department- roughly 33 personnel,
including the prisoner and the attorney general.
The EFAF will allow Namenian personnel onboard the aircraft as
well.

Namenian personnel WILL be onboard, as requested. As many as can
fit on the aircraft will be offered, up to at least 250, with
100 soldiers being preferred.

Enduranca will allow 100 Namenian soldiers, and add 100 EFA
troops as well.
The aircraft in its passenger configuration is slated to hold
291 passengers. Along with the 10 flight crew, there will be
the prisoner, his close guards (4), the Attorney General, his
aides, four media representatives, 15 members of the justice
branch, 25 EFAF personnel, 100 EFA soldiers, and 100 DEN
soldiers, bringing the total people on board to 267 passengers
and crew.

Enduranca was under the impression that the Namenian
Representative was travelling on his own.
He is welcome to come aboard, though, and bring a maximum of 8
aides; updated passengers and crew count at 276.

Sparta themselves will take care of the military guards for the
prisoner. They also state that no Namian soldier will set foot
on Spartan land because of the war. The Namian REP is welcome
and we promise on our honor that no harm shall be done to him.

Enduranca stands by the decision of transport. It will release
Huey Lincoln upon landing to Spartan officials, as long as an
NCSA liaison is present.
If Sparta so wishes, Enduranca will keep the Namenian troops
from leaving the aircraft upon landing.
