Sparta reminds USSDEN that he is NOT a military personnel and
that the choice is up to Endurancan to follow through with the
NCSA government's wishes or to follow through with your
personnel vendetta.

We never said he was military. DEN will try him as a POW AFTER
Enduranca tries him as a common criminal. Just because the
President of the NCSA made a deal with you, does not mean
President North, who was injured, or Emperor Maximus, who was
appalled, will agree to it.

Hopefully President North will agree to the deal and send him to
Sparta along with their rep to overview the trial as agreed
upon.

The President would like to point out that a deal was reached
between the Confederate government and that of Sparta, and that
he is supposed to be tried in Spartan Court, with the Confederal
charge of Flight to Avoid Prosecution being upon him. President
Gray asks what reasoning that the USSDEN has for calling this
man a POW. He is a former Spartan special forces operative, but
was criminally charged in that state and it has not been proven
that he was working under the direction of the Spartan
government. It is very possible that he is a lone wolf who is
mentally unstable. The question of jurisdiction also comes up.
If he is arrested on Endurancan soil, then what authority does
USSDEN have to take him as their prisoner, especially with the
fact that DEN was not his target? President Gray asks for
cooperation from the USSDEN going forward, and that Huey Lincoln
be handed over to Spartan authorities. If Den will not
cooperate, then the Attorney General will be directed to seek a
warrant for his extradition to a confederal prison and court.

Except the USSDEN government does not have the power to tell me
to do that, and a warrant for such a thing would require
physically impeding on my sovereignty.

President North and Enduranca are willing to comply with the
NCSA standing and- as long as careful monitoring is carried out-
will transfer the prisoner. However, the charges of four
murders, at least 5 attempted murders- including the attempted
assassination of the President of the Federation of Enduranca,
conspiracy to commit terrorism, grand theft auto, and carrying
illegal firearms are requested to be added.

DEN advises to not do that, as the prisoner will most likely be
released and/or acquitted. We do not trust the Spartans.

President Gray applauds President North for agreeing to turn
over the criminal to Sparta. He assures Enduranca that the
aforementioned charges will be added to the already long list of
crimes that Huey Lincoln must answer for. President Gray also
asks Sparta if there can be a multistate panel of judges to
preside over the trial in order to ensure that no biased ruling
comes out of this case.

sending Representatives to preside over the trial.

President Gray will be sending Mark Bentham, Gondor's minister
of defense.
