((Ooohh. Okay.))
"Watchdog, that's a negative. I have thermal reading on the van.
I repeat, I have confirmed thermals on the van. Locking on."
Hammer reported, and armed his Valkyrie AT missile. He looked
down at the thermal signature of the van, and locked on to the
engine, before releasing one of his six missiles at the targrt.
"Echo two away, Echo two away!"
The military helicopter let loose a single anti tank missile
from it's pylon, then angled forward to fly forward beyond the
van. The missile shot away, rocketing right into the van's
engine at Mach 4. The HEAT warhead detonated and shot out a jet
of molten copper straight into the engine.
"Hammer, this is Major Tom. We've got a confirmed hit, I repeat,
a confirmed hit on the target. We've got visual." Major Tom
reported, flying behind the van. He saw the smoke and the
detonation, and could see the hole that it had made, and the
exiting hole as well. "Omega squadron, they're heading right for
you."
"Roger that, Major. We've got him." The squad leader of Omega
squadron reported. Omega was the squadron on the edge of the
road, where the cars were sitting. They were all staring down
their holo sights, watching the vehicle roll forward to a stop
almost a hundred meters away. There was at least one person
holding a laser designator on the vehicle in case they had to
launch. "STEP OUT OF THE CAR WITH YOUR HANDS UP! YOU ARE UNDER
ARREST FOR THE ATTEMPTED ASSASSINATION OF PRESIDENT NORTH, AND
NUMEROUS TERRORIST ACTS! WE WILL FIRE ON YOU!"

The two police helicopters hovered overhead, cameras trained on
the van below. Enduranca police and SWAT cars arrived behind the
line up, and the singular drone orbited overhead.
"HUEY LINCOLN, YOU ARE SURROUNDED WITH NO CHANCE OF ESCAPE,"
Watchdog 1 announced from its speaker. "SURRENDER NOW OR YOU
WILL BE DESTROYED."

Lincoln slowly begins to step out of the van while dialing the
bombs detonating number. He then tossed the phone onto the front
seat and quickened his steps so that he would be possibly
injured but not killed. The bomb detonated and Lincoln felt a
shearing pain in his leg as two nails impaled him and he went
down quickly but was only injured. But his mission of destroying
the evidence was completed and the van was obliterated.

((Yeah, the last part didn't happen. I'll show you why. Also,
the explosion from one of those is NOT that big.))
The second the designated marksman saw the phone in his hands,
he let off a round into the man's hand. The 8.62 mm round
would've ripped his hand apart, and destroyed the phone before
he could've dialed any number in.

OOC: The phone was hidden behind the car door, and also the
number is on speed dial as it's the only number on the phone
because Lincoln wouldn't want to be tracked. So the last part
would happen right?
And yeah the explosion itself wouldn't be that damaging but
combined with the ammunition inside it and a half full gas tank
would pretty much obliterate it.

((You didn't ever mention any of those things until now, after
the fact. And no, the gas tank is in the front of the car, under
the engine. Not there. No, the ammunition wouldn't do
anything.))

A) I said he slowly stepped out so his left hand is opening the
door and his right hand is hidden from view dialing the number
then tossing the phone on the seat before Lincoln tosses the
phone onto the seat. So the last part would happen right?

((I... Guess. But not in the way you wanted it to. Retconning my
post, then.))
"He's down! Detonation, detonation!" The Lieutenant shouted out.
He looked up to see the second transport helicopter start to
touch down nearby, it's MG-50I manned and pointing at Lincoln.
The men from the helicopter disembarked, holding their rifles
out and walking slowly towards him.

Everything was a daze to Lincoln. He could make things out,
after all he was trained to manage under pain, but everything
was just happening so fast. He turned his head to look at the
now burning van. He smiled through gritted teeth. No way they
could get prints or his now destroyed weapons or ammo now. His
prints weren't in any system in Sparta as he was a Black Ranger.
He had a mission and hopefully it has been completed.
